1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Green Star Air Conditioner, you agree to these terms. Our services include AC repair, gas refilling, deep cleaning, installation, and spare parts supply in Sitamarhi district.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon job completion via cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, or NEFT. We provide a GST bill for every service.

3. Warranty Policy

All repair and gas refilling services carry our official service guarantee. If the same fault recurs within the guarantee period after service, we will revisit free of charge. Warranty is void if the unit is tampered with by a third party.

4. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled at any time before technician arrival at no charge. Cancellation after technician arrival may attract a ₹199 visit fee to cover travel costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Green Star Air Conditioner is not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues arising from incorrect usage of the AC unit. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service rendered.
